Returns
Replacements and refunds are issued for products with manufacturing errors or misprints only. To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at: info@blackhornet.co. Please indicate ‘Return’ in the email’s subject line and provide your:
- Preferred email address
- Order number(s)
- A brief description of the problem.
- An image that clearly shows the problem.
Please note: Replacements and refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Once we receive your email, one of our team members will reach out and confirm the return details.

How do I return an Item?

What is your return policy?
We only replace an item or issue a refund if there is a manufacturing error or misprint. In order for us to begin processing a return, an email must be sent within 30 days of the delivery date. If you have not received the item by the delivery date, email us at: info@blackhornet.co
How can I track my order?
When your order is ships, you will receive an email with tracking details, including the tracking number. You can access more tracking information on the courier's website.
How can I contact your couriers?
The courier information will be available via the link in the email containing the tracking information.
What are your delivery options?
At the moment, we only offer standard shipping.
What if I don't get a receipt via email?
If you do not receive a receipt via email, proof of purchase can be found in the, "My Orders" section of your account. If you are having trouble accessing that page or do not have an account with us, you can email us at: info@blackhornet.co and our team can resend the receipt. This email should include the name on the order(s) and the order number(s)
